My mission is to help others achieve the highest level of personal transformation through inner frequency elevation so they can align to and magnetise a lifestyle that continuously lights them up.

I Have Answers

How much time will I need?

I know what it's like trying to juggle work, family, and life, so I have created this programme for busy people. All workshops are between 5 and 15 minutes long. The total hours for all 4 modules is 11 hours. You can listen in your own time via an app, and all notes are provided so you don't have to be sat at a computer.

How long do i have to complete the programme?

You have a lifetime's access to the course, and you can work through in your own time. However, to get the full transformation it is recommended that you hit the ground running. The weekly Q&A's and community support group are there to help you with accountability.

What if I fall behind?

You have ongoing access to the content, so don't worry about falling behind. If you want to continue with ongoing support through the weekly Q&A calls, you will have the option to do so for a small monthly fee.

Can I have 1:1 support?
